We originally rented a two-person moped, but about 10 minutes into our ride my wife realized she was too nervous to enjoy it. We pulled over for lunch, and I called Aloha Motorsports to explain the situation. They couldn’t have been more understanding. They applied the money from our moped rental toward a Slingshot, threw in a few extra perks, and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the rest of our day without feeling rushed.
Denny was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great experience. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
